Update: Public Hearing for Shannon Mews passed by Vision Vancouver Majority

After over 160 speakers signed up for the public hearing on Shannon Mews that lasted over three nights, the Vision Vancouver majority approved the application. Shannon Mews Public Hearing finished last night at 2:15 am. It was approved in a 6:4 vote.

David Cadman, Ellen Woodsworth, George Chow and Suzanne Anton voted against. Mayor Gregor Robertson, Raymond Louie, Geoff Meggs, Heather Deal, Stevenson, and Andrea Reimer voted for the development. Kerry Jang was absent.
